          It's our ONE YEAR Birthday this week and what better way to celebrate than being nominated for a 'New Business Award'.
          &#xD;
    &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
      
           Looking back over this past year, after I passed my Meditation teaching qualification (with a distinction... #Proud). My goal was simply to help people discover the power of breathing; which is all that Meditation is at the end of the day.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
      
           Fuelled by my passion for Meditation and strengthened by my own daily Meditation practice; I incorporated Meditation Courses Limited and started working on MeditationCourses.co.uk... In a world which had just been struck with a global pandemic! What was I thinking!?

            proved to so popular that we created 2 follow-on courses:

        &lt;font&gt;&#xD;

           . This gave our learners a natural progression path &amp;amp; empowers those that complete the Advanced Course to facilitate their own Meditation Sessions.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
      
           Whilst running multiple cohorts of all three of our courses, we also worked towards gaining 'Recognised Status' from an Ofqual Regulated Awarding Body - achieving that status has helped us to grow as a Training Centre; we can now offer
           &#xD;

          &lt;b&gt;&#xD;

           As if this wasn't enough, we also managed to secure our first corporate client; whilst juggling our ever increasing workload! I'm excited to report that our corporate client list has steadily grown since then. #Blessed

           This website has been designed to allow you to start your meditation journey. If you wish to, you could take a 4-week course to really help you develop a proclivity in meditation.

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

           Meditation is primarily about taking time for yourself. Giving yourself a little respite.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           This may sound selfish at first, but if you truly think about it, the first step to helping or loving others is helping and loving yourself. 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           If you are a busy person with ‘no time to spare’ you can start with 5 minutes.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           5 minutes is all that you need to give you self at first. You are worth 5 minutes of your time, aren’t you?
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           I can assure you that if you give yourself just 5 minutes every day for 1 week you will want to give yourself more!
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Living in the Present...
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Is what life is all about, when you meditate you should give yourself respite from procrastinating over the future or rehashing your past…you do this by noticing thoughts that come into your mind and allowing them to dissipate, safe in the knowledge that they can be thought again and dealt with after your meditation session.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Clearing your thoughts like this can be a challenge for some people and that is OK. As you get better at this you will be able to spend more time in the present moment.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Without the pain of the past or the fret of the future, what are you left with?
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

           When you take those uninterrupted minutes for yourself you are shifting your awareness into the now.

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           You can learn to appreciate how precious you really are, how connected you are to everything then maybe you too can start to live your life with a greater sense of purpose.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Ok… so you are ready to spend 5 – 10 minutes on yourself, what do you do now?
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Breathing Techniques
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           The next step is to focus on your breathing, this is the most important part of your meditation when you inhale focus on your breath feel the way it enters through your nose and into your lungs, feeling any sensations that you may have, then on your exhale really allowing yourself to feel the breath leaving your body and how that feels.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           When focusing on your breath you will notice different sensations around your body and this if perfectly normal just relax and let your breath guide you.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
&lt;div data-rss-type="text"&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Conclusion
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

           If you struggle to start your journey it is always great to connect with a qualified meditation teacher to help you along your way.

      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;

           Meditation courses we are fully trained and qualified to teach you meditation, we run half hour sessions for those who are finding it hard to make a start, or if you would like some variety in your meditation practice.

           One of the things that I have noticed during my time as a meditation teacher is just how many of us suffer with anxiety, for me this word is used so much we forget just how serious the issue can be. 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
            
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Now more than ever the world is going through a huge change… For some people change is good, however; there are a lot of people out there that do not like change, they find it difficult to cope when change is forced upon them! This is where anxiety feeds and grows. 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
            
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Have you ever found yourself constantly worrying about the future? Paying the bills, getting a job, keeping your job or even losing the people you love?
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           This is a form of anxiety, projecting into the future and conceiving worst case scenarios; can be debilitating.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
            
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Do you suffer with severe nervousness, find that you are self-conscious in uncomfortable situations or suffer from having out of the blue panic attacks? It may feel like you are alone however you are not alone 1000’s of people suffer like this, to varying degrees; every single day.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
            
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           In place of these symptoms I would love to see you develop are listed below:
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
&lt;div data-rss-type="text"&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
            Optimistic
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Positive
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
            Reassured
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Happy
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Confident
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Freedom
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
            ALIVE
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
            
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Whilst having a regular mediation practice will not cure all symptoms it will go a long way to reduce them. You can start to write your own story. A story of hope and progression!
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
            
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Meditation is something that anyone can do, if I was able to do it then you can too.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
            
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

            has also shown that about one in 12 people who have tried a meditation experience have had unwanted, negative effects.

            According to the first systematic reviews of the evidence it has been shown that there have been occasions where the meditators anxiety/depression symptoms have become worse and possibly been caused by the commencement of meditation.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           It is worth noting that a guided meditation option led by an accredited teacher; is highly recommended and can help to mitigate these negative aspects. Whilst it is important to acknowledge the findings of this study, the sheer weight of evidence to the contrary would strongly suggest that there are significant benefits to humans who adopt a daily meditation routine.

      <title>The Pineal Gland</title>

           The Pineal Gland

           There is a little pea-sized gland in our brains that is shaped a bit like a pinecone. Nobody really knows what it's function is and why it is there… What we do know is that it is the only ‘singular’ part of our brains…  All other brain parts have a ‘left’ and a ‘right’ sided counterpart. 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;font&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/font&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;font&gt;&#xD;
          
             This little gland is unique and centrally placed.
            &#xD;
        &lt;/font&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;font&gt;&#xD;
          &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;/font&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;font&gt;&#xD;
          
             When we are in utero the pineal organ develops on the palate, in the roof of our mouth. Evolution has dictated that this little mystery gland is so very important that our growth pushed the gland up into our heads, protected by a membrane that won’t allow chemicals/hormones such as adrenaline or cortisol to penetrate into the gland. Then we encase the gland with our brains, the most essential part of the human body. Then we further protect the gland and our brains with our skulls.
            &#xD;
        &lt;/font&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;font&gt;&#xD;
          &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;/font&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;font&gt;&#xD;
          
             Whilst we may not, scientifically or intellectually; know fully what this little glands purpose is…from an evolutionary standpoint it can be argued that we have determined this gland to be the single most important part of our bodies and hence we have developed a full protection package for the pineal organ that suggests it is more vital to our existence than any other part of our human bodies!
            &#xD;
        &lt;/font&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;font&gt;&#xD;
          &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;/font&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;

             Chemicals which can pass through the pineal glands protective membrane include Dimethyltryptamine (DMT) and Melatonin – all very closely connected with sleep, dreams and visions.
            &#xD;
        &lt;/font&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;font&gt;&#xD;
          &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;/font&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;font&gt;&#xD;
          
             Have you ever heard of the phrase ‘my life flashed before my eyes’ when someone has had a near death experience? It’s highly likely that their body flooded the this organ with DMT in these cases and caused the visions they describe.
            &#xD;
        &lt;/font&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;font&gt;&#xD;
          &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;

             So..... is the Pineal Gland the mysterious ‘third eye’ which people have spoken about for millennia? Let’s have a look at the structure of the pineal gland from a scientific point of view…
            &#xD;
        &lt;/font&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;font&gt;&#xD;
          &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;/font&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;font&gt;&#xD;
          
             “This small gland is located in the
             &#xD;
          &lt;font&gt;&#xD;
            
              diencephalon*
             &#xD;
          &lt;/font&gt;&#xD;
          
             , and it contains both rod and cone photoreceptor cells (like the human eye!). The pineal photoreceptor cells share great
             &#xD;
          &lt;font&gt;&#xD;
            
              homologies**
             &#xD;
          &lt;/font&gt;&#xD;
          
              with retinal photoreceptor cells, including responses to light stimuli.
            &#xD;
        &lt;/font&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;font&gt;&#xD;
          &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;/font&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;font&gt;&#xD;
        
            *The diencephalon acts as a primary relay and processing centre for sensory information
           &#xD;
      &lt;/font&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;font&gt;&#xD;
        
            **Similar characteristics due to relatedness are known as homologies
           &#xD;
      &lt;/font&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;font&gt;&#xD;
          &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;/font&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;font&gt;&#xD;
          
             Interesting stuff! A little eye(esq) gland which we have buried deep in our brains…
            &#xD;
        &lt;/font&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;font&gt;&#xD;
          &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;/font&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;font&gt;&#xD;
          
             I would ask you, do you see things when you dream…? I do. When your eyes are closed and you are asleep can you see images, scenes; whole worlds?
            &#xD;
        &lt;/font&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;font&gt;&#xD;
          &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;/font&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;font&gt;&#xD;
          
             Are you utilising this little gland to generate these images? Can you train yourself to ‘see’ with this eye when you are wide awake?
            &#xD;
        &lt;/font&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;font&gt;&#xD;
          &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;/font&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;font&gt;&#xD;
          &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
            
              After all the energy waves which enter into your eyes; commonly referred to as light; are really just that. Energy waves. Vibrations of energy which are nothing but ‘data’ until they hit your eyeballs and get converted, in your brain; into images – a process which we call seeing; sight.
             &#xD;
          &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
          &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;/font&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;font&gt;&#xD;
          &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;/font&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;font&gt;&#xD;
          
             When you enter a deep meditative state, which we know alters your brain waves
             &#xD;
          &lt;font&gt;&#xD;

             &#xD;
          &lt;/font&gt;&#xD;
          
              are you enabling your  magical gland to accept waves of energy? Is this energy light or something else? It would certainly appear that if you are accepting information waves into your pineal gland, that this energy is penetrating your skull, passing through your brain and being interpreted into ‘sight’ akin to the process when you use your eyeballs!
            &#xD;
        &lt;/font&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;font&gt;&#xD;
          &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;/font&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;

      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;

             Is this the same thing that happens when you are dreaming and enjoying entire scenes of ‘vision’ with eyes closed and the light off!?
            &#xD;
        &lt;/font&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;font&gt;&#xD;
          &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;/font&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;font&gt;&#xD;
          
             Scientifically speaking; knowing that your standard eyeball vision only happens by collecting and then interpreting light wave energy…. It seems logical that an energetic wave of information (maybe light – or maybe something else?) could be collected and used to produce images in your pineal gland… the gland has the capability, physically; to do this.
            &#xD;
        &lt;/font&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;font&gt;&#xD;
          &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;/font&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

             We know that everything is just energy and information.

             It makes sense, to me; that we have protected the pineal gland (evolutionarily speaking) due to its vital role in the human condition – nature, and more specifically – evolution; are not wasteful forces. We would not invest the energy in growing and providing the utmost protection to the pineal gland if it wasn’t vital.

             Is the ability to create actual visions in your ‘mind’s eye’ and to create elaborate dreamscapes evidence that, through meditation; you have the capability to activate and utilise a ‘third’ eye which gathers energy information waves and allows you to exhibit superhuman abilities?
