Having started Meditation in her late 30’s, whilst recuperating from a major operation; Jennifer discovered that she had great aptitude for the practice and instantly recognised many of the health benefits manifesting within


From the very start, Jennifer's Meditation experiences have been profound and life-changing. Now she passionately wants to help others experience the transformative effects of regular Meditation


So... she has trained as a Meditation Teacher... passing with Distinction! & is enrolled to University to study in the Mindfulness field at Masters level
